The cost of the shipments is calculated according to the destination of the delivery, entered in the form:
Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 5 euros+ iva
Balearic Islands: 8 euros+ iva
Canary Islands: 16 euros+iva
Ceuta and Melilla 20 euros+iva
Germany and France 20 euros+iva
Italia, Belgium, Great Britain, Holand, Luxemburg and Austria 22 euros+iva
Polonia, República Checa, Dinamarca, Hungría and Suiza 28 euros+iva
Suecia, Irlanda, Eslovaquia, Eslovenia and Rumanía 38 euros+iva

Customs costs, in the countries where they are required, are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer.
The delivery times for the orders are:
Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands - between 3 and 4 working days after confirmation of payment.
Europe and rest of the world - between 5 and 7 working days after confirmation of payment.
Our goal is your total satisfaction as a customer. To proceed to the return of an item purchased in the online store, you must request it through an email to email@example.com within a period not to exceed 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. It is mandatory that you inform us of the reason for the return as this will help us to continue improving. Once your email is received, we will give you the confirmation of the return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and undamaged, along with any accessory related to them. They must have their original labels, their complete original packaging with the original invoice or a copy of the invoice in case of returning only part of the order. Until we receive the item in our warehouse, the item is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of delivery. The cost of this shipment is borne by the buyer, except if the return is due to an imperfection in materials or manufacturing. In this case, we will take care of the return.
We will refund the amount of the order as soon as we receive it in our showroom and have verified that it is in perfect condition.
